Post-9/11 GI Bill (Chapter 33)
If you served on active duty after September 10, 2001, you may qualify for educational benefits under the Post-9/11 GI Bill (Chapter 33).
What It Covers
- Full or partial tuition and fees (paid directly to Atlantic Cape)
- Monthly housing allowance (MHA)
- Annual book and supply stipend (up to $1,000)
- Transfer of unused benefits to a spouse or child (if eligible)
Eligibility is based on the length of your active-duty service. Generally, you must have served at least 90 days, with full benefits available after 36 months of service or if discharged due to a service-connected disability after 30 days.
All students must complete a Atlantic Cape Transmittal Form each semester.
