At the Academy of Culinary Arts you can earn a Culinary Arts I Certificate in only one year! Culinary classes meet Monday through Thursday. This is the perfect alternative if you wish to enter the workforce quickly. Students that register for this certificate program must also complete three (3) general education classes to earn this certification.
