Head Coach

Shane RitchieShane Ritchie

Biography:
Shane Ritchie is entering his second season as Atlantic Cape Community College Buccaneers Women's Cross Country Head Coach in 2025-26.

Ritchie is the Campus Operations Manager & Resource Development at Atlantic Cape's Cape May County campus. He is also a clinical instructor, adjunct professor and advisor. He has experience as a recreational 1/2 marathon runner, triathlon participant, Tough Mudder USA participant and Ragnar Run participant. Ritchie is also an NJEMT/NHA CCMA - CET - CPT/AHA BLS Healthcare Providers Instructor.

Ritchie graduated from Canisius University in 2008 with a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science/Pre-Law & International Economics/Foreign Trade Policy. He is currently pursuing his Master's Degree in Public Health. Ritchie graduated from St. Augustine Prep in 2004 where he played hockey and lacrosse.
