Uniforms, Textbooks and Tools
As a student at the Academy of Culinary Arts, you will proudly wear your chef's uniform to all classes and for kitchen work. There's a second type of uniform required while working in the Carême's dining room.
Where to Buy
You may purchase your culinary uniform at the College's on-campus bookstore or an outside agency, as long as the items meet the standards required by the Academy of Culinary Arts.
Textbooks and Tools
As a first semester student at the Academy of Culinary Arts, you will be required to purchase specific kitchen tools and textbooks. You will receive a list of textbooks and tools for first semester classes upon enrollment. You may purchase your textbooks and tools from the College's on campus bookstore or from an outside agency, as long as the items meet the standards required by the Academy of Culinary Arts.
