The Chief Business Officer will be the liaison with insurance carriers. The related duties include: 
 
-Coverage/Pricing. 
-Reporting of losses and claims. 
-Processing through litigation of claims. 
-Conduct of inspections. 
-Valuations of properties. 
-Reporting of additions to policy coverages. 
-Risk control efforts on the campus.
